Basically; Keywords are words or phrases that describes your products and service, Search Engine Optimisation (“SEO”) is making this Words and Phrases visible throughout the Internet – and link them to your web site.
This is number one because the keywords should be considered, and if possible integrated in the domain name you choose.

You need a minimum of 50 keywords per product group, but 100 or 500 are fine too.
The Key-words and Key-phrases then need to be categorised into groups of importance.

As we start discussing your plans for Internet presence, we will upload your WebSite for you – yes, even if we do not have any content yet – the site need to be up there to be listed and indexed by the Search Engines. In addition - this is so that we can show you what design we suggest, and we can get your feedback about colours, patterns and ideas.
We will host your website on our servers for the first 12 month, from thereon you have all options to extend the contract, manage your site yourself – or move it to another hosting service.
Web site design and development.
A web site design starts with an idea, some pictures and a bit of page text, as we put the components together we will upload it to the Internet for you to follow and commenting on the progress.
The web site is built and developed on our local computers, but each days work will be uploaded immediately to your web site.
Copy writing – the internet way.
You are probably best suited to write the copy and description of your product, so we prefer to receive initial copy from the client.
We might need to split it up in suitable paragraphs for the internet.
Fit in “H1”, “H2” and “H3” headings throughout the text.
And making sure that you use the top keywords evenly throughout the pages.
Linking your web site:
Your web site needs to be internally linked back and forth between all pages.
In addition we must link between similar pages on the Internet – linking is what creates the “World Wide Web” and you want to be part of it. More importantly your visitors want it, it has to be simple to find both yours and related products.
Link exchange service, Link exchange with other sites is important. Links from Google Ranked pages is an important part in your “SEO” Strategy, it will quickly boost your own ranking and appearance in the Search engines listing.
Lodging your site with search engines.
The search engines need to be aware of your web site, and they need to be able to “crawl” and list all pages on your site.
One important task is to have a sitemap available, and also to submit this site map to Google for registration. (The WebSite was uploaded earlier on, and are listed already, in this stage we create a specific Sitemap and submit to Google. This sitemap contains all your pages, and list them in the order we want Google to classify them
Servicing, Monitoring and maintain your site for a year.
Some minor changes are always needed on a web site, change of wording and adding deleting some images.
Monitoring the performance of the web site,
Educating you in basic web design maintenance and SEO.
We are predominantly – and preferably – using Dot Net Nuke and the Microsoft ASP.NET platform for our web sites. This concept make it very easy for any of the WebWiz customers to log on and edit the sites themselves, all you need is an installation of Internet Explorer.
We will initially do all job for you, and in the process teaching you to take control.
Registration and list building / Conversion:
We talk about generating traffic (visitors) to your website, and then the “conversion rate” on this traffic.
The ultimate is of cause to convert a web site visitor to a regular money spending customer, but this might not happen at the first visit. Thus a good, common and reasonable conversion of first visitors on a web site is to have them registering into your database.
We will help you look at different ideas and offerings to entice your visitor to leave name and contact details while they are visiting.
Marketing and “Traffic Generation” selling your web site:
A web site is not any advertising in it self, and it must be marketed to draw in visitors.
This can range anywhere from “old-fashion” business cards and flyers if you target a very local market, Television, Radio or Newspapers for a bit wider audience.
