Detailed structure for your 12 STEP web development and hosting.
The 12 Point here illustrates how we prefer to plan and to work on a website / web marketing project. Using the right STRATEGY, we have a Successful search engine optimised website at the first attempt, a web page capable of making huge amount of money.
The important steps again:
- Information, Search Engine Optimisation.
- Develop Keywords.
- Content / Copy Writing.
- Register Domain name.
- Setup 12 months Hosting.
- Website Design Development.
- Linking the Website.
- Submission with Search Engines.
- Service and monitoring.
- Education, maintenance.
- Visitor Registration and List building.
- Marketing and Traffic Generation.
Couple this to a full year of our commitment and assistance, including all cost of up to 3 Domains and 12 months of hosting.
Our work is not complete until you have a Page One listing in the major search engines, and preferably a Google ranking that are rising.
(This is servicing and maintaining the page over a full 12 month, monitoring the site and correcting errors, amend text and pictures (teaching the user to do these tasks through Internet Explorer). Additional charges may occur for major changes, adding several pages, multi media, registration or E-commerce facilities etc…)
We work on at a rate of $56.00 only per hour, but will quote / estimate each component and provide you maximum hours you will be charged for. (In reality we tend to spend many more hours than what is actually invoiced to the customer.)
For BBX customer we keep to the same hourly rate, and it is invoiced in “full trade”. In addition we will invoice a surcharge of 18% AUS $ to cover cash outlays for BBX Fees, GST etc.
All prices quoted are GST EXCLUSIVE.
For a small static page, we estimate to build 3 – 6 content pages, covering menu headings like:
HOME, PRODUCTS, SERVICE, ABOUT US, CONTACT US.
(These being the only pages appearing in the main menu, the below pages are not critical for the purpose and message towards the customer – and should therefore not ‘clogging up’ and ‘confuse’ in the menu.)
In addition we will add the Legal and Protective pages as required:
COPYRIGHT, DISCLAIMER, TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY STATEMENT.
Thirdly we will create a “SEO friendly” site with some added pages
NEWS, SITEMAP, LINKS ADVERTISING and possibly LANDING*, FORUM, BLOG.
All in all the sites normally totalling 12 to 20 pages, enabling us to make a good design and linking strategy.
The Sitemap will be submitted to Google Adsense in “xml – file format” and the site will be listed in Gold Coast WebWiz account for monitoring of errors or problems found by the crawler.
Total time average about 2 hours per page, (of cause a lot more on content pages and less on the standard sub pages.) as an introductory offer, we will charge maximum 20 hours for your first Gold Coast WebWiz Site.

Additional Domain names – 3 included.; AUS $ 24.00 ea per year.
(3 domain names for the first year included, additional domain names will be invoiced at $24.00 each. All domains will incur an annual fee of $24.00 per year as long as owned.)
(We attempt to keep the annual Domain service fees under Aus $30.00, some domain extension options are more expensive and might require higher annual charges.)
Hosting of One main Domain / Web Site and multiple sub domains / landings pages as be temporarily required: - First year FREE, additional extension; AUS $ 198.00 per year.
Additional Domain registrations AUS $24.00 each, all sub-domains are free of charge.
*“LANDING” page can be refer to as announcement page, and in a perfect scenario be located on separate domain. Normally E-mail links point to this landing page for information and direction to Home page, Product Page or Registration in a temporary offer.
